Spring Has Sprung

The icicles have long since melted but, thanks to the 5 feet of snow we received from our February storm, the ski area is still in remarkably good shape for it’s final week. In fact, our unseasonably warm temperatures have provided some of the best spring ski conditions in memory.

Is April the new May? The grasses are already turning green and the daffodils, tulips, and dandelions are beginning to pop up everywhere… is it just a tease? We all know that just as we switch skis for bikes and boots for flip flops, we could get a storm that drops 3 feet of snow! We’ll see… One thing’s for sure, after Spring comes Summer, and that means hiking, tennis, fishing and festivals are just around the corner. Hope to see you here, enjoying it all!!

Gray Head  Views & News
